How long does upholstery take to dry?
Most sofas and mattresses are dry within four to six hours, faster with the windows open. You can use the furniture the same evening, and we never leave it soaking wet.
Is the chemistry safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use certified, low-odour products and rinse them out by extraction, so no sticky residue stays in the fabric. The room is usable again as soon as the surface is dry.
Do I need to move the furniture out?
No. We work in place and only need about a metre of clear space around the item. Floors are protected, and we bring our own water, hoses and power leads with us.
Do you come to the Asian side?
Yes, we cover both sides of the city, from Bakirkoy to Kartal and up to Sariyer. Travel within Istanbul is included; only trips well outside the city are quoted separately.
Why are the prices shown as "from"?
Because a two-seater in cotton and a corner sofa in velvet are not the same job. The starting figure covers standard soiling, and the exact price is set once we see the item.
Can you come at the weekend?
Yes, we work every day, Saturday and Sunday included, and can start early in the morning or in the evening if that fits your household or office better.
What if a stain does not come out?
We tell you honestly beforehand which marks may be permanent. If a stain we treated comes back, we return and re-treat it at no extra cost under our quality guarantee.
How quickly can you arrive?
Usually the same day if you contact us in the morning, otherwise the next day at a time you choose. Urgent visits are possible, subject to the team's schedule.
